Cancer patients in Gaza are facing a life threatening crisis as essential medicines and treatments run out, leaving thousands without access to chemotherapy or specialized care. Hospitals report that over 70% of necessary cancer drugs are unavailable, and with treatment centers damaged or closed, patients including children are unable to receive even basic care. Many who qualify for treatment abroad remain trapped due to border restrictions, while doctors warn that without urgent medical support, more lives will be lost. The shortage highlights the devastating impact of ongoing conflict and blockades on Gaza’s health system, leaving patients and families desperate for immediate humanitarian aid.
